“Very nice stay! Perfect location for exploring downtown Ellicottville. ”

“The room was a little pricey for what it was. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was weird that the bathroom sink was in the main room and not in the bathroom, I know it’s hard to change things structurally but maybe lower the room price. And there was no trash can in the room. ”

“The address was confusing because I assume the owner lived at the address on the listing, but "The Lodge" was about 1/4 of a mile down the road from the house address listed. There was also no cell tower available, so you could only text with the WIFI. However, the Lodge was remote, VERY peaceful and Quiet, large and open and tranquil. It was also away from any kind of traffic or any neighbors.”

“It’s like being in a house and you can hear others when they are being loud especially on 2nd floor, near common area, but fun if you like to be social with other guests. We had a nice stay. Building is a bit older so has its rustic feel and signs of age in certain areas. Overall, based on location, convenience and price we would stay again. ”

“The Timberline lodge was an excellent place to stay for our weekend getaway. Very short drive, or 10 minute walk to all the attractions downtown. Ellicottville is a cool place to eat, shop and day drinking ”
