“We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.”

“Property manager was very nice. The breakfast bar was great and Vanessa is so sweet and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Indoor pool was nice but water was cold but when we mentioned it to the manager he immediately went to try and adjust it. ”
