“Property manager was very professional and the housekeeper was great. The apartment was nice inside but the exterior and the hallway leading the the unit smelled like smoke and weed. The stairway carpet was gross and the smell stuck to you as you walked in and out of the apartment. If they could fix the hallway issue, I would rate it 4 stars. It’s a shame bc the apartment is very clean and cute.”

“Pros: safe, clean, charming, washer/dryer, parking, filtered water pitcher, plenty of towels, hangers in closet Cons: only three forks and no spoons in kitchen (lots of washing by hand to have enough), challenging to watch television (limited to the apps they have installed, different apps on each tv, not allowed to add apps, no apps accessible on primary bedroom tv, no basic cable, spent a lot of time problem solving to watch tv), concerns were brought to management’s attention but not resolved……
