“The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ ”

“The place was great! Location is was excellent, great sunrises and sunsets. Yes there's a marina bar downstairs, no it wasn't a problem, it was closed up by 8:30 each night and it was never rowdy. Whitney is a great host! There are definitely somethings that need a little work, but it wasn't a problem. One of the showers was out while we were there, but the other worked fine. Yes, the layout of the one shower is a little odd, but it works fine. It was very clean, there was no issues with……

“The property was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. The space fit our needs for a weekend away or our Nephew's wedding. It was also perfect for our elderly parents who needed a one floor space. The property was situated very close to the town, hotel, and rehearsal dinner venue. We really enjoyed out stay. We would definitely stay at this VRBO again. Sandra was a great host and very responsive. ”

“My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home. The bed was comfy and it was true king bed. I’ve been to some properties that advertise king beds that are really queens or queens that are really fulls… here we got what we reserved. Blankets and sheets were comfy as well. The rates were the most reasonable of anything else that weekend in the area. The……

“Beautiful place to stay! What a great view from the deck! Very clean and nice. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. Great location for wandering around the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Although, I would caution anyone going on a holiday weekend, that there is no designated parking. Parking is metered and we had to fight for a spot. That didn't stop us from loving it and we hope to stay there again soon.”
