“Fairly clean rooms! We had a pet friendly room, pet hair and dirt in our room from previous person, otherwise clean. Friendly staff! Clean around hotel. Basic continental bfast. ”

“Overall, the stay was awesome and we loved the house! We were here for a crabbing trip and it was a convenient distance to the boat launch. The house was clean and we LOVED the kitchen. It was well stocked with spices and cookware. The island also made for a nice social setting and the table was big enough to for us all to eat together. The only down side was they forgot to leave us dishwasher soap and we had to handwash dishes throughout our vacation. They did allow us to leave dirty dishes……

“Great local. Parking is a little limited. Neighbors, while we did not see them, the signs about being quiet are in and around the house. Funny since the neighbor across the street was loud while reprimanding his barking dogs. ”

“We planned a fishing / crabbing trip out of Winchester Bay. This property was perfect for me and my four friends. The master bedroom is on the main floor with three other bedrooms on the top floor. The bedrooms on the top floor have limited headroom due to the roof line. If you are not extra tall you will be fine. The kitchen was the most well equipped vacation rental home that I have found. This property worked great for our fishing trip!”
