“This is a cute house and was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed that could’ve used some extra attention was around the windows and back door way but it was not terrible. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag were provided. This was an easy fix as we just bought a small bag of tablets, small package of TP ,since we were staying a week and a small box of Walmart garbage bags. The only 2 things I would say were annoying and was of no fault of Linda was……

“Host was great. Communicated very well and was super quick to respond to pre-trip questions. Townhome was clean, cozy, and everything we needed for our trip. ”

“Great location! Clean and safe home and community. The resort amenities were great and would make for a good "down day" if you are here for the theme parks. Everything you could need was provided in the home kitchen and bonus points for the floats in the laundry room that we used at the lazy river. Short & easy drive to Disney (20-ish minutes) and a Publix is within walking distance.”

“My family and friends enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms! It was both clean and comfortable. We loved the Disney themed rooms. The property was well equipped. We took advantage of the resort amenities. The teens loved the pool, water slide, lazy river, and hot tub. Stephanie, our host, was awesome! She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here.”
