“The manager stayed late, past the 10 pm check in time, as my train was late. He said he wouldn’t leave an old lady out on the street. I really appreciated it. ”

“This location was absolutely amazing. A true hidden gem to stay in if you visit San Francisco. The area is truly so peaceful. Parking was safe and easy on the streets, we just had to move our car a couple of times per traffic rules. The staff was so kind, Stace was very helpful with suggesting places to visit, the breakfasts everyday were a fantastic way to start off our adventures. This place felt very much like a home. I cannot wait to return one day. ”
“Beautiful room; helpful staff…. Assisted us whenever we requested something. Tub leaked if too full. Very nice area and easily walkable to restaurants. Would stay again. Don’t want to loose the atmosphere but could use some vending machines. Thank you. ”
“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”
