“Wonderful place and experience!”

“I loved that we got to stay in a whole colonial, well-appointed, immaculate house by ourselves. I loved the staff, that went out of its way. The grounds are beautiful, as are the accommodations. I didn't like my breakfast, a "sandwich" made from a croissant, some flavorless cheese, a fried egg and overcooked, very salty bacon. No garnishes. Croissant was second-rate. Should have had tomato or greenery. Caused us to cancel our dinner reservation. Other than that, the staff was amazing,……

“Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay.”

“Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the……

“The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”
