“The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. ”

“Loved the late nineteenth century decor. We took full advantage of the sitting room to entertain guests. Great to walk around Fredericksburg and enjoy the unique shops, restaurants, and history. Overall a luxurious and interesting place to stay.”

“It was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. Everyone working were professional, polite and a joy for the establishment. I truly loved the sign about no pets at the breakfast facility. We attended a facility in Maryland and I was not comfortable with the pets around the food. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. I was truly impressed with my name appearing on the television. I rated this facility a ten out of ten all around. One of the best ever. Unfortunately I did……

“The heater in the room had been making the weird sound nearly all night which disrupted my sleep. My other co-workers who stayed during the same period also had the same experience. No safe in the room, no slippers provided. But the service is friendly and reliable. The location is next to major highways exit hence its very convenient.”

“There are restaurants a short drive away but nothing in walking distance. You can hear the road and the ac is very loud, which doesn’t bother me but might be a problem for others. Nice staff, clean, affordable. ”

“I loved that we got to stay in a whole colonial, well-appointed, immaculate house by ourselves. I loved the staff, that went out of its way. The grounds are beautiful, as are the accommodations. I didn't like my breakfast, a "sandwich" made from a croissant, some flavorless cheese, a fried egg and overcooked, very salty bacon. No garnishes. Croissant was second-rate. Should have had tomato or greenery. Caused us to cancel our dinner reservation. Other than that, the staff was amazing,……
