“Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好”

“The hotel is well equipped and not too far from the airport. We only stayed one night while in transit from Greece to Vancouver. The hotel was extremely busy and understaffed. The staff working did their utmost to serve everyone as quickly as they could but they were very clearly under a ton of pressure and should have had at least 3-4 more staff working in the restaurant/bar area. I felt bad for the one server and her manager who were operating at 150%. Not their fault and I have no idea why……

“Stayed 1 night at the hotel, overall impression was positive. Location was great, just ~10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, or 2 stations if taking the overground train. Skyline Plaza is just 2 mins walk, you can basically get whatever you want from there. Room was decent size with good view of the city. Room was comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were especially comfortable. 1 drawback was that, while sitting at the lobby lounge waiting to check in, a mid-size mouse sprinted pass on the……
