“Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the plug ins by the bed didn’t work but other than that it was nice.”

“We stayed overnight, on arrival we were warmly greeted and the hotel features were explained to us. Parking was across the road, it had been snowing and unfortunately the sidewalk on the hotel side had not been cleared. The hotel decor and furniture is showing signs of wear and could do with an update. Room was large and comfortable but the heating system was very noisy and the bathroom stayed cold as it only had a ceiling heat lamp which was on a wall timer switch. Shower was lovely and big but……

“The reception is nice, politely and professional. But the cleaning of the room is not good. The sheet looked like never changed.”

“The shower gel bottle is empty, the napkin paper box is not refilled. It appeared the housekeeping was in a rush to the next guest to check in. ”
