“4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers. 3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops……

“This hotel is located in the main town of the bars, restaurants...area, people drinking , shouting till 2:00am on weekdays and 5:00am on weekend...! Can’t sleep the whole night ...! ”

“Was inexpensive, downtown, and comfortable. Only complaint was that the windows need to be open and there can be loud sounds outside, but there’s not much the property owners can do about that. ”

“Overall this apartment is good. If it has an oven is perfect because I prefer there have an oven for cooking. Eventually, I only had a microwave to make it. ”

“Average hotel, good location. Bed is too soft . Hair dryer is broken and can’t be exchanged. ”

“The location is very good. The cooking utilities are good except the frying pan is too old. The toaster , the coffee machine and boiler was stained and we are reluctant to use.”

“001房洗手間的馬桶有漏水問題，亦容易流出房間。 幸職員協助，更換一間較理想的房間。 之前的ROOM101抽氣扇與其room 002, 112兩間房的比較過，明顯很弱。”
