“The hotel is relaxing with beautiful garden view under sunshine and near the sea. Sunrise can be seen. Bintan's temperature is comfortable without high humidity though it set by the sea. Garden room is recommended as there are garden view is impressive. Hotel's staff is excellent. They have much smile really from the heart. Some have strong memory remembering what room number we are. Some help us actively. The only disadvantage is there are quite a lot ants in room but it is acceptable as……

“This was my first time staying at this property and I must say that it deserves the word 'Grand'!! All the hotel staff were really professional, friendly and always smiling with full of energy all the time. I did face some challenges in communicating with some staff members due to language barrier as I noticed that only the front desk staff was good in English.... But this didn't cause me any issues since I used Google translator. Even though some were not able to understand English, but still……
