“If you pay extra for the sea-facing suites, the view is STUNNING. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, getting us set up to enjoy our time in 5T. The hotel is in Volastra, so you take a bus/shuttle approx 10 mins down to Manarola (or you can walk down for 30mins hike) where you can catch the train as needed. We were able to park our car and skip having to take our luggage on the train/up stairs to hotels right in 5T. Rated 4 instead of 5 because of the noise transfer in the hotel - you can……

“We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view……

“A beautiful, boutique hotel, with excellent facilities. Wonderful doing experiences with a clear focus of field to table. Lots of ingredients (including the wine) is grown by the hotel, in the surrounding area. Weather wasn’t great during our stay, but it didn’t dilute the beauty of the location, or the area, and the hotel put on a free pesto making demonstration (with wine!) as ‘compensation’ for the bad weather. It didn’t stop us from going in the pool either! Although we are wild swimmers……

“Beautiful views from the rooms. Transportation is available separately to and from the hotel- is a shuttle service and you pay separately per ride- kind of pricey but you kind of have to because is high up there and even though some people walk - it is a long steep walk… but so worth it. The service is phenomenal- Martha and Amina are amazing- they have the best hospitality! Thank you for everything! ”
