“The ONLY complaint we had was the 3 flights of stairs which we knew about ahead of time but didn’t make it any easier on the over 60 folks carrying up luggage and supplies. We had to fax a copy of a driver's license and a selfie in order to get the door code. This is unnecessary since we had already guaranteed a non-refundable payment via credit card.
