“Living conditions were sufficient, and well kept. Bathroom was more than enough, water was always desired temperature, and minimal mold/damage. Some ant problems, but it was very well insulated from weather/noise, and plenty of space to setup and live in. Additionally, the owners are very friendly and clear communicating so if there is a problem they will be there to help address it immediately. Repairs were being done as well just as I was leaving so owners are doing their best to keep……

“There was a lot of noise at night. Loud music, motorcycles, and revving car engines right outside (maybe the next door neighbors?)”
