“Property very well kept, hotel staff very friendly and tried to be helpful. Great breakfast. The manager was awful and rude. Made a mistake on my booking date and was charged as a no show, which I admitted I did in error thru expedia, he said to contact expedia he has nothing to do with it, and before I finished my sentence he turned and walked away. Expedia reached out to him to try to get a refund or a partial refund and he totally refused. Didn't care that I paid to stay there that night……

“Really enjoyed our stay at Stoweflake for our snowboard trip. It's not the newest game in town but it has that classic New England ski lodge look and feel (including a circular layout). That's our vibe and so it was perfect for us. Rooms were large and clean and could accommodate snowboards and gear for 3 people and not feel like a sweaty cramped mess (including a large bathroom). Great for kids with the Indoor heated pool. It has a hot tub (definitely) and sauna (I think) (we didn't use them)……

“A really nice B&B ! The Lounge area/Dining room and Fireplace are beautiful. Hannah made an awesome breakfast assortment in the morning. The bed/firmness of our mattress was a little soft, and the foot traffic from the room above us was excessive due to a late night check-in. I would suggest placing a sign right on the 2nd floor beds about not wearing shoes that affect people below. Otherwise, great location and good value.”
