“The hotel property was located in a convenient area off of I-95, however there was not much in terms of restaurants or shops very close. Also was advertised as close to the airport but was still a 20+ minute drive away. Facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“We have stayed here many times, the rooms vary in size and location but all are nice. Just inquire if you need certain accommodations. The location is great for getting to the VMFA, and we enjoy walking very nearby to Perly’s deli. The Inn’s restaurant is being renovated so that’s the only thing that detracts, very slightly, from an all around five star rating. Looking forward to trying it soon. The staff is always polite, helpful and efficient. Some of the nearby streets may look slightly……

“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice……

“We stayed in room 302 and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everyone was very kind especially valet. We would recommend this hotel and stay here again. ”

“2 issues. Most important, we arrived on time, actually about 10 minutes early as we had a wedding to go to at 3:45 pm. We were told our room was not ready and it would take a few more minutes. It took over a half hour to be ready, so we were late getting to the affair, missing the entire ceremony. Less important was that the hotel lobby was under renovation so you had to be extra careful not to touch the walls due to wet white paint.”
