“Good overnight stay”

“I had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus West Retford Hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the historic building adds a lot of charm. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent—fresh and well-prepared. Only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return!”

“Comfortable quiet stay part of a longer visit to relatives. Room was cosy and ensuite was good fully functioning with lovely shower. Bed was firm but comfortable ,facilities limited but to an acceptable pricepoint ”

“The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others.”

“Wonderful property in a stunning location. However, so sorry and disappointed to say; * we were surprised at £2.50 charge per washing machine load - we have never been charged extra for using a washing machine in a property before. You therefore need loose change, if you want to do any laundry * nowhere in the apartment to hang washed laundry / wet dog towels / wet dog coats (an airer would be useful). * no dishwasher, so we unfortunately found dirty crockery and cutlery (these are only as……
