“I always stay at the Lockkeeper when I'm up visiting family. It's clean, comfortable with plenty of parking and excellent wi-fi (I worked from the hotel one day, including video calls). The staff are always welcoming and friendly and I often eat at the pub when I stay. It would be good to have an ashtray by the hotel, the only ashtrays are currently in front of the pub.”

“The apartment was securely accessed. The apartment itself was large, comfortable and very clean. Access to the nearest pub/restuarant was only 4 min walk away, but kitchen facilities were ample if you wanted to make your own food.”

“We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise. ”

“The Days Inn was clean and tidy. Rooms well appointed and the staff amazingly friendly. I loved being able to wander into the Service Station and just have what I wanted for breakfast rather than having to pay £11 or £12 for a breakfast when I only have a very small appetite. I would certainly recommend this particular motel,”

“The house is a very unique house with a deep history set in extensive formal gardens. The staff, particularly in reception and the Restaurant are attentive and very pleasant. The age and design of the house allows functions such as weddings and prom parties to be held without disturbing other guests. It may be a little dog-eared but that seems to add to its charm.”

“this hotel is a little surprise. Doesn’t look much from the outside and not helped by being next to a disused building. However, once you enter it is a very different experience. The hotel is lovely, well maintained and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a family room which was very good, though could do with some better quality bed linen. “Superb hotel, very comfortable clean rooms. Excellent food, the garlic/pepper prawns were wonderful. Good choice of beer and wine. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.”
