“I really like this inn, very clean and quiet ”

“Favorite place to stay in Charlottesville!”

“There for an event at UVA, so location was convenient. Inn has separate buildings located around a cul-de-sac right off busy main thoroughfare. A local resident told us the Inn was originally UVA student housing which explains the “dorm-like “ feel of the room and sitting area. The renovated bathroom was well-done with a European vibe. Highlight was the Oakhurst Inn Cafe with amazing breakfast menu, easily walkable to separate building. Parking was “valet only” as location was in a busy area……

“Cannot beat the location for convenience to UVA campus. Newly renovated and clean. As there are bars and restaurants nearby, those sensitive to noise might wish to bring earplugs. ”

“Great location, minutes walk distance to UVA and several restaurants. Very nice hotel owner and her dog. Cozy room and comfortable king bed. Excellent homemade breakfast. We’ll come back! Strong recommend to others. ”

“I would rate this property as excellent with the exception that they need to replace the mattresses with a better quality to rate it as excellent. Otherwise the property is beautiful and the staff is excellent. ”

“The property is Gorgeous with green rolling hills, a pond with geese and baby geese on the way, deer, beaver and lots of other wildlife! Everything was so close to Charlottesville…Carter’s Mountain, Restaurants, Wineries and a Wonderful treasure down the road at Simeon’s! We loved having picnics on the grounds watching the sunset! Steve was A Great host! Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! ”
