“Our stay there was very nice. Owners were very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and stocked nicely. The only issue we had was that the house is not equipped for people that are handicapped. My husband broke his hip a year ago and had trouble navigating the stairs. Our first night there we were on the second floor, the second night we were moved to the third floor. He also could not take a shower because he had to climb into a tub to do so. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there. ……

“The School 31 lofts are very cool, and we always enjoy staying there when we are in Rochester. Do be careful, room 200 is quite different from the other rooms. It doesn’t have a kitchen and is much smaller and less private. However it is very pretty and the wet room is amazing. Just know that if you get that room it may not be what you are used to.”

“The location was convenient to our daughter’s school, Rochester Institute of Technology, just 4 miles. There’s a great coffee place across the street. The hotel served breakfast but we took advantage of the cute breakfast places in downtown Rochester.”
