“Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber das Zimmer geht zur Straße und zur Terrasse, die sich direkt darunter befindet. Es reicht schon, wenn es heiß ist und man mit offenen Fenstern schlafen muss... Und dann genießt man die Straße und die Terrasse... Das Hotel bietet Ohrstöpsel an, um die Problematik zu mildern, aber das reicht aus, um nicht die perfekte Note zu geben...”

“Die angeschlossene Therme ist sehr schön und modern und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur leider gab es in der Therme das falsche Getränk und abends im Restaurant das falsche Gericht, nach gut einer Stunde Wartezeit. Und die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Übermässig teuer ist die Fahrt mit der Rigibahn. Aber bei Hotelübernachtung spart man sich wenigstens die Hälfte……

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
