“Non si può certo pretendere condizioni impeccabili alla fine della stagione, con forte vento e pioggia perdipiú. Preso atto di questo, camera spaziosa e luminosa, climatizzata, con patio dedicato e zona relax, buona e variegata la colazione, personale gentilissimo e collaborativo. Ottimi i servizi e la posizione. Lo consiglierei a chiunque”

“Se paghi 350 Euro a notte non possono finire pane e brioche alle 9:30 e non puoi avere una sola fornitura di asciugamani per la spiaggia (se ne vuoi altre le paghi a parte…)”

Le note dolenti sono nei servizi : assenza di televisione i telefoni non hanno campo, almeno per i gestori da noi utilizzati, non esiste il wi.fay. La piscina, campo da tennis supermarket ci sono ma non sono funzionanti. La distanza dal centro abitato è di circa 3 km , le spiagge balneabili sono a circa 1 km. e non esistono mezzi di……

“The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various……

“Accoglienza ottima e personale preparato. Isabella molto gentile e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Stanza pulita e accogliente. Unica pecca la distanza dal centro, ma facilmente rimediabile affittando un mezzo. ”

“Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. ”

“Hotel is a little dated ( sunchairs could do with a refresh) but overall the service is 5 star and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good walking distance to centre of town - be aware it is uphill though so if you have mobility issues not the best choice ”

“From the moment of arrival we were greeted at the port Adriana and team made us exceptionally welcome. She gave us a very useful talk on places to visit and familiarisation to the island . The B&B was very well maintained and the room serviced every day. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of local produce. A very good stay we would love to return, Thankyou Adriana.”
