“Great property. Know that it is a residence building and there isn’t access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldn’t be easy with lots of bags. And not easy if you want to go in and out with a car regularly. Otherwise unit was comfortable and well maintained. Roof top deck is a nice plus 😉”

“Fantastic lovely property would definitely stay again and everybody was amazing. The check-in was seamless. The checkout was seamless. They are more than accommodating. “The place was exactly how it was represented in the listing. It’s a cute studio!!!! Clean and simple. There’s a pool and other shared amenities, which were a delight. There is an apartment above the studio, which you will read about in other reviews. But it is not disruptive at all. It is no different than living in an apartment. And those guests are not around during the day. I would most definitely stay here again. Zach was a lovely host and quite responsive. The neighborhood was really quiet……

“It was a nice clean quiet place that fit our weekend needs. 3 things1. Bed was terribly hard, noisy and uncomfortable so I had to sleep on the couch. 2. Shower curtain kept blowing in and sticking making showing difficult. 3. Bathroom vanity seemed to have contact paper on it that was very sticky and grainy. But other wise it was decorated cute. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Communication prior to trip was great and with Thomas with after hours arrival. Thank you!Amy and Kevin”

“I cannot begin to tell you how pleasant my stay was. It was wonderful. What a hidden gem. I would recommend this home to anyone. I stayed there myself on this trip, but it is really ideal and comfortable for a couple to stay at, as well. “This is hard to give a rating to. The Pro’s: it’s cheap, good location, and has a bed. The Con’s: the place is a little run down and not super clean. This is a great if you just need a place to sleep. If you want someplace where you will want to hang out and relax, this probably isn’t the place. Worked out fine for us. You get what you pay for, so for the price this place was fine.”

“Quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay nestled in the outskirts and hilly area., very kind host, clean quarters with plenty of amenities., The only negative would be an apparent deficiency of insulation as it took the window air conditioner quite awhile to cool the place and keep it cooled.
