“This smaller unit really packs a great VRBO punch! Clean, tidy, organized - you can tell the Hosts are VRBO professionals and know what they are doing. The home is 100% stocked with everything you need, clean and ready to go. Yes, it is a little smaller and I would not do more than (4) people in this home, but the Hosts make it as comfortable as possible. The dirt road is definitely a smaller, inconspicuous one, but even more reason to rent this spot out. Great work and thank you. ”

“House was clean and had everything we needed. House is comfortable and decorated very quiet. Loved the outdoor patio! Communication with owner was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. My family stayed for five days and we had a great time. ”

“It was a perfect fit! The house is nicely laid out and roomy. The pool was unheated but the weather was in the 90s so the pool was cool but we didn’t care. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely rent again. ”

“My partner and I had a great stay with Andrew. The location was good, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was fun seeing wildlife around the property, and the place had a lot of unique character. The only downside was that the shower was very small—my partner is large and he could not fit comfortably. He had to do some sink bathing. ”

“I live in the Phx metro area and lived in Fountain Hills previously. It was great to get back there and the home was great. Provided a good, relaxing weekend, and we loved the layout of the home. It's late May so pool still a little chilly. But we dealt with it vs paying to have it heated. A great time all in all!”

“All around a great place to stay! The view from the backyard/hot tub is amazing! House was way bigger than our single family needed, we used 2 of 5 bedrooms, but if you have a larger group or multiple families staying, this place is perfect for you. Fountain hills was such a great place to visit, If you love golf, this area is perfect for you! 100% recommend staying here!”

“Overall, the house was nice. Perfect location for our golfing group. The biggest complaint is that the thermostat upstairs defaulted to a high setting during the night and the upstairs temperature would rise to 84 degrees. We woke up every night around 2:00 am sweating. I called the management group for it to be reset or asked for the code so that I could reset the thermostat. The problem was never corrected. Also, there was no ironing board. I called the management group and they said……

“Stephen was a wonderful host. The master suite was beautiful, clean, easy to get to and had amazing views. We even got to meet his 2 friendly dogs and cat, which was a nice treat for us. The room is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge with goodies for your stay. The back yard had a lovely pool with plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. ”
