“Although we didn't get to go there this time because of unforeseen circumstances, the host is the best there is with communication. That's why this is always a top notch rental. We keep going back and plan to go back again.”

This house, while small on the inside, provided abundant outdoor seating and spaces to enjoy - sunny when the cool morning called for it and shady when the afternoon sun rolled in. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after enjoying dinner at one of the local eateries. We will be booking here again!”

“The view really is the best in Payson. The location is great! We were close to everything in town. Fishing was great. Christopher Creek and Tonto were just stocked. The hike up Horton Creek was gorgeous! The rental is very comfortable and the owners were nearby so if we needed anything, it was easy. ”

“I live in Northeast Phoenix, and wanted a getaway for my wedding anniversary but didn’t want to have to drive too far and deal with traffic. This place was the perfect place to feel like I was “on vacation” but without the hassle! We stayed in the Cave Creek/Carefree area and ate at the local restaurants, shopped, and did a short hike at Spur Cross Conservation. Perfect weather and perfect weekend! “Well, the place was nice, but the ad is very deceiving. We wondered why a nice place would still be available over the 4th with good views from the pictures. Turns out it was a guest house, which the pics don't show and we did not see anything posted on the ad. Views were ok. House was nice. Owners were nice. Place was quite. We were just hoping for something more secluded. ”

“This quiet little casita was perfect for our Mother/Daughter trip. The yard and pool are so beautiful and quiet. It was easy to forget we were so close to all the city had to offer. I can't think of anything they could have provided us with that they hadn't already thought of...itwas perfect!”

“overall, it was an okay place to stay, a little deceiving as the golf course is older and run down as is the home is older but quiet. Did not like that we had to contact the host to come clean the pool as it should have been done before we got there but they were there immediately after being contacted. I wouldn't stay again, and I wouldn't say it was one of my favorite places to stay but it wasn't one of the worst either it was just okay. It looked alot nicer in the pictures.”
