“Very well located with the racecourse on one side and walkable distance to the city centre on the other. Also next to a bus stop for those wanting to travel further. Reception staff was professional and although the system failed and we have been assigned somebody else's room, it has been quickly dealt with and we've been given an upgrade. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Luck of a fridge was a big minus. Bathroom clean with part of the mirror that doesn't steam, which was a nice……

We told the manager )?) in the morning he said Yes I noticed this morning someone hadn’t turned off the fans which make a very loud noise in room 3. Sorry. Well that didn’t make up for the fact we hadn’t had any sleep!!!!!! Shame as the lady behind the bar jolly pleasant as was the……

“Having been assigned to a very small room on the ground floor at the Annex building. The room was grossly over-priced at a rate of above 80 pounds (breakfast exclusive).”
