“Clean & quiet room. The staff were phenomenally helpful and thoughtful. I didn’t have to ask for help on how to navigate the area for my daughter’s graduation, they not only explained routes and times, but had maps printed with exact locations for parking. They also moved their morning breakfast time to accommodate those of us who were there for our grads. The whole hotel team made the experience very stress free!”

“The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.”

“Went for one night for a concert, was a good stay. Only issue, our room wasn’t ready when we got there, was after 5..we were a little worried because we had to get ready for the show but only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. Thankfully it wasn’t longer. The room was nice, honestly better than I expected! Staff was friendly! This is the place to stay if you’re coming for a concert, it’s about 7 mins away from frost bank center. Will definitely stay here again for future shows. ”

“Stayed on a vacation on San Antonio River Walk at Drury Inn and Suites on St. Mary's Street. It was convenient, safe, clean, elevator access down to river walk. Free breakfast every morning, two free drinks from bar every night and a nice evening snack (more like a dinner) every night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walked to Alamo, Ripley's and Madame Trussauds wax museum. Took Uber to San Antonio SeaWorld - would not recommend as it was expensive and they are trying to compete with Six Flags……
