“The room itself was fine and the staff was most excellent. I guess it felt like the downstairs from the reception desk was akin to a dungeon. A bit rough around the edges. Walls are pretty thin so you could hear neighbors sneezing and talking. The refrigerator didn’t work so some breakfast food I bought spoiled. We weren’t staying long so we didn’t bother the staff with these things. We would stay here again though, just in the better rooms on the other side of the hotel (this was our second……
“I enjoyed my stay! I came in late after a long drive from Santa Barbara and they had my room key waiting for me. I never did actually meet any staff from the hotel, which is unusual but not necessary. Close to everything, affordable, and clean. I would stay here again for sure.”
