“So this is a Mom and Pop Hotel, but since Route 66 in Kansas is only a short drive, we really don't know how long it has existed. It is clean and comfy, but it is a young couple with a young family running the place, which may be a little much to handle. “This was a great property for our one- night stay in Joplin. The sheets were insanely soft and the bed was great. Right next to a big truck stop (same parking lot) that has anything you could possibly need. It was quiet for being in such a busy area. Would stay again. ”

“We were able to have the same room as different members stayed over for parts of an important weekend. Friendly staff and good place to all feel safe and comfortable. The building was being remodeled though. Anytime a place needs to revamp, it's inconvenient. It was noiser as a result, which is reflected in the final score. Other than that, would've been tops!”
