“Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again.”

“Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen……

“The villa is nice, decor very dated inside, the pool is a little tired, nice views over San Remo. The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. We would have liked to be informed about this prior to booking. We raised the main issues with the agents Happy. Rentals but they did not respond. “Where to begin? The “villa” had only one correct description. Magnificent views (only seen if you are standing…). None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. Black mold on the ceiling in all bathrooms, wet linens due to humidity, unkept grounds, weak wifi, pigeon excrements in the outside “pizza oven” but the best is yet to come! “Wir genossen die Ruhe und Aussicht dieses Anwesens. Klein aber fein - ausreichend Platz für 4 Leute. HundehalterInnen können ihre problemlos beschäftigen, da ein grosses Umgelände mit mehreren Ferienlokalitäten besteht. Sehr umsichtigtes Management. Bei uns versagten Elektrogeräte. Innert Minuten nach dem Anruf kam der Hausmeister vorbei und behob die Sicherungen! Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über enge Gassen und Feldwege, weshalb ein Sportwagen nicht ideal ist. GPS hatte grosse Mühe, das Haus zu……

“Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 7 personnes. A notre arrivée en avance nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire. La maison est magnifique et aménagée avec goût, entièrement équipée (climatisation et tv partout, vaisselle en suffisance, 2 cuisines, lave-vaisselle, 1 barbecue la classe), superbe piscine illuminée le soir et une vue splendide sur la plaine. Tout était comme indiqué sur le site. Nous la recommandons sans aucune hésitation. GRACIE MILE”
