“We stayed as a family of five at Casa Lotería in August of 2025. It was WONDERFUL for us! We ate breakfast everyday at the cozy restaurant by the pool, then chips and guac for lunch. Alan and Jonathan ended up feeling like family. Our boys, ages 15, 14, and 9, were in the pool a good amount of time (as were we). The staff was incredible. There is parking on-site. Rooms were clean, cozy, w nice, cold AC. We would recommend this little hotel to couples, singles, families. We are a bit homesick for……

“I have been to quite a few different RIU hotels in Mexico, and I can say without a doubt this one is my best experience yet. The staff were so kind and helpful, the cleanliness was amazing, and don’t even get me started on the food. I have never had such incredible food at a hotel resort. Specifically the gourmet restaurant, the steakhouse, the Asian restaurant, and even the sports bar, all had food i am still thinking about a week after we left. If you are looking for a more relaxed laid back……

“It is the best place for a week stay. Convenient. Friendly as hell. If you are here for 3 days, you dont have to leave. Its all right here. We stayed a week and will definitely refer people to stay here. The Occidental is THE PLACE.”
