“We rented this cabin for a family getaway for Memorial Day. Everything was exactly as the listing stated. The property was super clean and well appointed. The property is unique with a kitchen on both levels and a full bathroom in the the lower level game room area. The views are stunning and I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock”

“This is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at...the location was great for our needs, the cabin was very clean and cozy, they have all the amenities for staying in to grill and chill! Lovely views of the vineyards with mountains in the background, beautiful walking trails, a fishing pond stocked with plenty of bass and bream. The best part about it all is that you're completely secluded and surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back!”

“This enchanting cabin was such a treat for us. The location afforded a quick trip into town while allowing a retreat into the woods by the lake for a quiet time of relaxation. Everything was as described making the cabin welcoming and comfortable. I was even impressed with the cleanliness of the porch. There was no pollen to contend with before we settled outside to enjoy the view of the lake. We will be back!”

“Stayed a weekend after graduation at Liberty University. House is just as pictured with plenty of room for our crew of 5 adults. The game room and fire pit were favorites of ours, and the lake was much more calm and peaceful than others we have visited. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Stayed here for a getaway after the holidays. Beautiful cabin, clean with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and fishing from the dock - caught a couple nice sized catfish. Hosts were readily available for any questions or minor issues. Will look to stay here again. ”

“It was close to McAfee Knob, Tinker Cliffs & Dragon's Head trailheads. Loved the charm of the updated 1940's cottage (all modern conveniences). Easy scenic drives in all directions. Great coffee & food: Sycamore Station, Salem & Lemon & Vale Cakery, New Castle. See covered bridges near Newport & Dismal Falls. Easy scenic drive to Beartown Park, West Virginia, with awesome boardwalk thru stunning rock formations. ”
