“Great stay, really comfy bed which helps a lot. Super friendly and smiley service. Couldnt really fault anything except there could be plug sockets next to the bed. ”
“I had a quick overnighter at the Great Western. Seems to be a good and conveniently located hotel. I was able to park (fee free!). Just a 10 minute walk to Aberdeen High Street.
The room was clean, had a comfortable bed and good heating. I was in and out with no issues.”
“Although only 10 minutes from Stonehaven it was ideally situated in the beautiful Kincardine countryside. Room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was whatever you wanted and the bonus for us was that the plum tree in the garden was groaning with fruit. Owner picked some delicious plums for us.
If we're back in the area well certainly consider Crawfield Grange as the #1 place to stay. ”
“Mycket trevligt boende, trevlig ägare som gärna beskrev saker att se, restaurang i närheten. Nyckelskåp på utsidan, lätt att få brev från boendet i skräpmeilen. Glad överraskning att det ingick Continental frukost, vilket inte hade beskrivits i bokningen. Trevligt att kunna utnyttja fasciliteterna på kvällen för att umgås med vänner eller dylikt. Nära till fin strandpromenad. ”
“The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was a few things that prevented me from having a great stay.
1: The bar remains open till 10 pm and I was in a room (#2) right above it. The music and patrons was noisy enough that I could not sleep.
2: The outdoor floodlights stay in till 10:30 pm causing the room to light up brightly even with curtains closed.
3: The mattress needs to be changed as it was lumpy and felt very worn.
