“Our stay was 2 weeks while husband received new liver at Mayo. Great place to stay, always book ahead of time, they do sell out. Driver takes you to Mayo buildings, however you can get to Mayo from inside skyway. Food is delicious from room service. ”

“This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we return to Rochester we will plan to stay here. Thank you!”

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……

“The hotel itself was nice clean kind of to the end of outskirts of Rochester so any place we wanted to go was a lot of driving. The breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. The one complaint I would have is $15 a night for parking when you're paying over $300 to stay in a room that's absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel that I am staying at so I would not recommend that hotel just for that reason.”

“I live this hotel and its covered parking. the rooms are great with the exception of the TVs seem a little small and there is a gap at the bottom of the bathroom door that when I turn on the blow dryer it wakes my husband. Both which I would rather deal with than stay somewhere else.”
