“This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!”

“This was the perfect place for my 17 year old daughter and myself. We were in town for a funeral and wanted a place to sleep & then just relax between events. The beds are super comfy and loved the bedding/comforters. Finding the tiny house was easy and loved that there was a parking spot right out front. Hosts made everything easy.”

Waking up and having our morning coffee on the private beach just beyond a small dune was a truly amazing experience for us, as we love the ocean. “Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.”

“We loved our stay and the hosts Joanne and David are very kind and accommodating. The house was well laid out and nicely decorated. The setting was just gorgeous. There was lots of room for our dogs to run around. The beach access was on site and the beach walks and sunsets were breathtaking. We will definitely be back!”
