“Even though the motel is older, it was clean, the water pressure was good, the ac worked well. It had a microwave and small fridge which was perfect. The owners were very nice! We were there just over night because family members were at the RV park and we visited them. The RV park was just up the road, so this motel was convenient. Also we walked to Big Boss subs and deli for our breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. Also had their cheese steak and meatball subs for dinner and they were……

“The room was small but perfect for quaint relaxing getaway. The room did smell like campfire smoke however it didn't bother us. The staff was super friendly expect the people in the cafe next door. It was expensive to us for the size of the room but it was an experience more than the room to be honest. ”

“The most amazing family stay at the bay in Florida, and we truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by so many dolphins swimming right out front – it was such an exciting way to kick off our trip.The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking every single day — like something out of a postcard. “We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and clean with lots of towels! The beds were comfy and the air was cold :) Location is one of our favorites and the golf cart is a hit with kiddos. We had to communicate with the rental company about the power being off ( could not find a breaker box but was an actual outage) and they responded quickly and texted later to check up on the issue. Honestly, never used the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. ”

“Overall it was everything we needed for a stay near the beach. Very clean, cosy decor without being cluttered, easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Comfy beds and spacious living room meant that even on a rainy day we managed to enjoy ourselves.”

“The property was perfect for our group. The pool was very nice when we were too sunburnt for the beach. The beach is an easy walk but I do recommend renting a golf cart to haul chairs etc and when little legs are too tired to walk. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils. ”

“With the array of options for the area of Santa Rosa, we were more than thankful to have lucked in to this property. The location was perfectly placed from the public beach access and local shopping and food selections. The golf cart and bikes were an added feature of the property that made getting around seamless. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed. The spaciousness was also perfect for our party of 11. The kitchen was fully supplied for……
