“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed, beautiful and very comfortable suite. All of the appliances, housewares, and furnishings were top notch. If you enjoy cooking while away, this would be a great option. Even the bar was well stocked with any size glass you would need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the tv was easy to navigate. The apartment is disconnected from the owners main house, so was very private. The neighborhood is a quick drive to I-4. We spent the……

“The property is exactly as pictured. Everything worked out great. The neighborhood itself was a little run down but we felt perfectly safe & the condo was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially if universal is your destination. Lots of amenities nearby. There’s a Krispy Kreme, Walmart, restaurants etc very close. Highway 4 just a mile away. Bernard was responsive and provided all of the information we needed. ”

“The upstairs apartment is CLEAN,modern and very well outfitted. Host does not skimp on appliances,provisions nor quality of linens. Even the tv was easy to figure out and if you rent often ,you know that can be a hassle. Good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked well! The property is pet friendly although I ended up taking my dog to a sitter as she is young and needs to run. There is no fenced space/yard. Designated parking spots made parking simple. “This charming apartment on a very private road is perfect for 1-2 people. The cozy ambiance, immaculate cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities make it an exceptional stay. The location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for a delightful and comfortable experience!  Only suggestion for visitors is to prop two pillows to deflect the air conditioner away from you, which is situated right against the bed.”

“It’s a small but fully equipped place. Easy parking and very quiet area. The AC is a little loud but thankfully the weather wasn’t too warm so I didn’t need it on. The landlord was responsive. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. I asked for a late check out and the lord allowed it.”

“This was a sweet place! Just the right size for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Owners were quick to respond for questions. Would definitely rent again for just me and my adult granddaughter!!”

“It was a nice stay, I had trouble with the AC unit but other than that i had no issues. The bed was smaller than advertised, but was not a big deal. I recommend the stay to couples on short eventful trip.”

“My boyfriend and I came to Orlando for a weekend for a concert at the Kia Center. The place was just perfect for a weekend trip, best part was we walked to the concert venue and back so we didn’t have to deal with traffic. The place was cozy and quiet with super easy parking and everything. My only thing is the lock on the door was hard to operate (user error) but once I figured out how to work it all was well! Host is very friendly and helpful. I’ll happily stay here again the next time we go……

“No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”
