The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. “The Hideaway Suite was exactly as described. So many things to do and choose from in a relatively small space! We loved having access to the sauna for a relaxing end of our day, sitting in the back yard listening to the birds, and enjoyed playing darts on the dart board. A short walk into town to explore Staunton, but tucked back on a quiet street - this was the perfect combination of everything we were looking for, in our quick getaway.”

The bed was very comfortable (though a little soft for my taste), and the air conditioning was excellent. Right in the middle of downtown, everything I needed was a short walk away: restaurants, the park, and live music for Independence Day activities. The suite had a cool, laid-back style, and it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. No issues with check-in, and the host was responsive. If you’re looking for a reliable place to crash with easy access to everything in town, this is it. Would definitely stay here……
