“I stayed here for the wine festival. What an amazing hotel, but even more outstanding was the service!! When we had an issue, the front desk staff went well above and beyond to provide that white glove service that has been lost in this industry. I would come back and stay just for the service, regardless of the niceness of the hotel or anything else. I can't give them enough praise and accolades! Thank you so much.”

“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and……

“Brand New buildings in the soon to be heart of the new Deer Valley. It was eerily empty when we stayed, but that's just because the new terrain is under construction. Close to the Gondola, you could walk, they have a shuttle but didn't use it. Not near any restaurants or bars. It was a bit disappointing that they built all of this new, but cheaped out on the fixtures and furniture. If the gondola is closed, you have to drive to the base area near the Hyatt. ”

“A great option for solo and group travelers. The staff was awsome, the location is near stores and restaurants and a 10-15 minutes free shuttle ride to the slopes. I was there for 5 days and had a blast despite less than optimal weather and snow conditions. The guests were from all kinds of horizons and the atmosphere was vibrant every mornings and evenings. I plan on going back next sure.”
