“I stayed here for the wine festival. What an amazing hotel, but even more outstanding was the service!! When we had an issue, the front desk staff went well above and beyond to provide that white glove service that has been lost in this industry. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. “We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and……

“A great option for solo and group travelers. The staff was awsome, the location is near stores and restaurants and a 10-15 minutes free shuttle ride to the slopes. I was there for 5 days and had a blast despite less than optimal weather and snow conditions. The guests were from all kinds of horizons and the atmosphere was vibrant every mornings and evenings. I plan on going back next sure.”

“The property was conveniently located with EASY access to the ski lifts. We had a fabulous view from the 6th floor. The valet service made parking a breeze. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The front desk staff (JD) and his front desk Manager (Bryan) were helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. “Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up.……
