The towels were not absorbent at all, always felt wet and not comfortable after the shower. Secondly maybe a fire pit outside? And lastly, not a huge fan of the dirt outside and it tracking into the rooms, inside the hotel.”

“Melanie and her family are adorable! They were very attentive at breakfast time and food was outstanding! However, the only thing I didn’t understand that everything was electronic now from taking my reservation to finding my room. If I had a question, I’d call and leave a message thinking I’d get an actual person to talk to me but when I’d have my question answered, they’d reply via text. It was frustrating and unprofessional. When I came here 7 years ago, there was someone that picked up……
