“After staying 4days and no cleaning svc for room, I asked cleaning svc by email because of no front desk. Though hotel man answered very quickly to say ‘of course’. But when I returned the room, I found out that he/she did just bedmaking and brought the toilet paper. There was no cleaning for room floor, toilet and washstand. Also, when I arrived at the hotel firstly, I didn’t receive any email.Therefore, I made a phone call to him due to no front desk. Renovated fercilities are OK. But……

“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”
