Quiet evenings outside on the back deck are very nice, lots of wildlife, a local grey longhair cat, and a family of deer visit every night and meander through unalarmec only 20 feet away. Very cool. ”

“Our stay at this beautiful house in Lafayette could not have been more perfect. The house is well laid out and thoughtfully stocked for all of our needs. The star of the show is the pool area, with an amazing view of Mt. Diablo, a perfect outdoor kitchen, and a beach entry pool that worked so well for our family. “Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Shower is small but great water pressure and temperature. We had a little trouble with the fireplace but it was fixed immediately. The grey parrot downstairs was a delight to greet each morning on our way out. We could walk or catch a bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely return.”

“Overall great location, great common areas and beds! Disappointing with the hot tub maintenance, as it was not working when we were getting ready to use it. Our main reason for booking this location. (Water not clean or hot. We asked for it to be looked at but they unable to fix during our stay. ”

“Unique and spacious apartment is filled with light, interesting artwork, and it’s very peaceful at night. We loved staying here. Great coffee and high-end dining nearby. We drove and parking was a bit of work until we figured it out; it’s easier on weekends. Property manager takes good care of everything and is a pleasure to work with. Wonderful and safe neighborhood is delightful for walking.”
