“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Nonostante un contrattempo con la camera il personale ha trovato immediatamente un alternativa. Comunque servizio e tutto eccellente. Hanno anche una convenzione con un parcheggio a 300 metri...perciò nessun problema anche per l'auto. Molto bravi. Posto molto buono”

“Die Wohnung war sehr bescheiden ausgestattet das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Gästebett, in der Köche war ein Sofa, was ca. 160 Cm gross war, schmal, hart und könnte nicht aufgeklappt werden also man hat sehr schlecht oder kaum da drauf schlafen können. Man hat außerdem keinen Meerblick, wat weiter vom Strand als angegeben und vor allem andauernd viel zu laut von der Straße besonders durch die kleine Mopeds die sehr laut waren selbst Nachts, so wie durch Mühlabfuhr und……
