“Can’t say enough good things regarding the entire staff. So helpful, friendly, and polite. Cleanliness was exceptional. No dirt, or gunk build-up in the bathroom, around the floor and wall, not even in the corners! Only one issue. The bed was way too soft. I had to sleep in the winged back chair. It was a terrible night for me. My wife did ok. Don’t know if you can request a room with a firm mattress or not. Next trip in a month, I will ask.”
