“Jessica and Ruben are great people and hosts. As others have written, Ruben's breakfasts are hard to beat, even in 5-star hotels! The property's proximity to the south entrance to El Yunque is a primary reason we selected it. Anyone considering staying here should understand that the accommodations are stylish but basic. “The proprietor did not know he had guests staying with them. When I called he was surprised . First it is not what is advertised in the Expedia website. The location requires a 4x4, not a little truck, a Jeep Wrangler to get to it. The road to the location is not paved at all. “I had a great time staying in this private room. The hosts were very nice and helpful for whatever ever I needed and the room was very clean and has a really comfy bed. I liked how the room is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance/parking space. Noise does not travel through the walls so you still get a very private feel. I recommend this place 100%”

“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

“I didnt like check in. They had all my info basically doubled down and asked for even more. The ID + face shot was just weird. I do that for sportsbook only, have no clue why a hotel would design the same.
