“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

“I didnt like check in. They had all my info basically doubled down and asked for even more. The ID + face shot was just weird. I do that for sportsbook only, have no clue why a hotel would design the same. Still really didnt like that while the owner manger did indeed pick up my call, she wouldnt give me the gate code... something short of had to demand it after 15 minutes. The text that was said to be sent still has not cane through. Also if youre on the phone with a customer, step away from……
