“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

I do that for sportsbook only, have no clue why a hotel would design the same. “Location is perfect. Beautiful view from the second floor balcony. Watching surfers in the morning and drinking coffee could be the most perfect way to start your day. “My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and did not want to leave! The outdoor space is beautiful and the bedrooms are better in person then the pictures. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which was so nice when going to the beach (less than 10 minutes away). There is so much in the area but the neighborhood is nice and quiet and feels remote. We will definitely be back!!”

“We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was extremely cozy and fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, as well as a fully stocked kitchen to cook a good meal. We loved the golf cart to get around the premises. It was a secure community. Princess was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely come and stay at this property again.”

“Cute little place just a short distance from the beach. Most evenings we could walk into town along the beach to grab food or drinks. You can also easily walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos from here without the need of a car, if you don’t mind a walk. At low tide you can walk the beach all the way!Budget friendly and clean. Would stay here again, if in Luquillo.”

“Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay. ”

“The first impression from our kids was priceless as this was the first time seeing the ocean and to have it right out our window was awesome. It was a perfect place for our first time exploring the island. It would have been nice having the beach access right outside the door, but then I don’t think we would have explored as much. Loved having coffee in the morning watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crashing in.”
